This is my preferred means of communication, it is by far the best way for you and I to get to know each other prior to booking a session!

I’m happy to accept calls between 8.30 am and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday and between 10.00 am and 9.00 pm at the weekend.

I do not respond to text messages, and I will not accept calls from withheld numbers for obvious reasons. You have my number so it is simply common courtesy for you to provide me with yours. The only circumstance under which I would use your number is to text you discreetly in the unlikely event that I have to cancel a session.
